There is a possibility that the sea will be rough nearshore along the Goa coast from 05:30 hours of 16-05-2024 to 23.30 hours of 16-05-2024 due to the effect of high period (15 - 18 sec) swell waves, having heights of 0.4 - 1.1 m. Current speeds vary between 22 - 48 cm/sec.
