New changes
Main menu interface got change from horizontal to vertical.
Weather UI got changed - allows to get weather data for any selected location on the map.
Harbour location ICON got enabled in the Standalone and PFZ map screen.

What we Fixed
OSF INCOIS MAP - date and time-wise able to get the map and also improve the downloading speed.
Compatibility issues in 5.1 versions got fixed.
