High waves in the range of 3.0 - 3.4 meters are forecasted during 17:30 hours on 25-07-2019 to 23:30 hours of 27-07-2019 along the coast of Odisha from Gopalpur to Chandipur. Surface Current speeds vary between 45 - 63 cm/sec. Day (1) to day(2):-Nil Day (3) & (5) :-In anticipation of formation of low pressure area and strong monsoon current over coastal area of West Bengal, squally weather with gusty surface wind speed reaching 40 -50 kmph likely to prevail over northwest and adjoining west central Bay of Bengal and along Orissa coast. Fishermen are advised not to venture into the sea along and off Orissa coast, northwest and adjoining west central Bay of Bengal on 27th and 28th July 2019 and whoever in the deep sea are advised to return to the coast by 26th July 2019.
