High swell waves in the range of 2.0 - 2.3 meters are predicted during 17:30 hours on 21-11-2016 to 23:30 hours of 23-11-2016 along the Kolachal to Kilakarai of Southern Tamil Nadu. There is a possibility that sea will be rough near shore along the coast during 17:30 hours of 21-11-2016 to 23:30 hours of 22-11-2016 due to the effect of high period (13-16 sec) swells, having 2.0 - 2.3 m height. Fishermen are advised to be cautious while venturing into the sea.
